Refund Policy — SparkFlow

The short version: if SparkFlow isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund it — no hoops.

14-day refunds

Any charge — a monthly subscription renewal or the one-time lifetime purchase — is refundable if you ask within 14 days of the charge date. Beyond 14 days, no partial refunds: cancel any time and you keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for.

How to request one

Email support@tomsparkflow.com with the email address used at purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically land within 5–10 business days after we process them. · Prove it

Why the trial matters

Every new user gets 7 full-featured days before paying anything. Try it first — that is the best refund policy there is.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may not be able to issue a separate refund on top of the dispute resolution. Email us first — it is faster for both of us.
